한 사람의 삶과 사고를 특징짓는 것이 세계관이라면,
그리스도인의 삶과 사고를 특징짓는 것은 기독교세계관이라 할 수 있다.
오늘날과 같이 다양한 진리와 생각이 공존하는 다원화된 세상 속에서
그리스도인이 그 고유한 빛과 소금의 역할을 감당하려면,
성경에 입각한 기독교세계관으로 무장되어 있어야만 한다.

“기독교 세계관은 그리스도인의 세계관이자 그리스도인을 위한 세계관이다. 그리스도인이 이 세계를 바라보는 관점과 그리스도인이 이 세상을 이해한 내용 모두를 포함한다. 기독교 세계관에 대한 물음은 그리스도인이 누군가라는 질문에서부터, 그리스도인은 어떻게 생각하고 행동해야 하며, 어떤 세상을 상상하고 가꾸어 가야하는지에 대한 물음으로 나아간다. 그리스도인 누구나 참되고 바른 신앙의 길이 무엇인지 묻는 것처럼, 기독교 세계관을 어떻게 이해하고 외현화하는 것이 참되고 바른지 고민하지 않을 수 없다. 하나님 나라를 위한 기독교 세계관은 매우 다양하고 여러 모양으로 외현화될 수 있지만, 이 책은 개혁주의 신앙의 측면에서 기독교 세계관에 대한 바른 이해를 개괄한 이론적 작업이다.”



[개정증보판 서문]
2003년에 처음 나온 이 책의 개정판을 2005에 내었고 거의 매년 한 쇄를 찍어 꾸준히 독자들의 사랑을 많이 받았습니다. 그 동안 이 책을 읽고 같이 공부해 주신 사람들께 깊이 감사를 드립니다. 이제 2014년이니 이 책이 이 세상에 나온 지도 벌써 10년이 넘었습니다. 그럼에도 이 책에서 논하고 있는 기독교 세계관이 우리 기독교계에서 널리 인식되거나 진정한 성경적 세계관에 근거한 활동을 확인하기란 아직도 매우 희귀한 일이라고 여겨집니다. 이 책을 진지하게 읽는 사람들도 드물고, 더 나아가 이 책에 근거해 활동하는 사람들은 더 적다는 증거이겠지요. 그래서 앞으로 더 많은 사람들이 이 책을 읽고 사유하며 이에 근거한 기독교세계관적인 실천에 힘써주기를 바란다는 뜻에서 개정증보판을 내기로 하였습니다.
이번에 재개정하면서 내용은 이전의 판과 동일하지만 성경 인용은 개역개정판을 따라 바꾸었습니다. 그리고 소위 ‘영성’(spirituality) 문제에 대하여 기독교 세계관적인 접근을 하는 장을 덧붙였습니다. 영성이 창조상태에서는 제대로 표현되고 추구되었지만, 타락한 사람은 그 영성의 상태와 추구도 타락했다는 점을 기독교 세계관의 틀에서 접근해 보았습니다. 이는 소위 영성에 대한 잘못된 논의들을 일소(一宵)할 수 있는 좋은 길이라는 생각 때문입니다. 구속받은 사람들의 영성 추구에도 타락한 인간성이 개입될 수 있으므로 구속받은 그리스도인의 영성도 잘못될 수 있다는 것을 의식해야 합니다. 그래서 우리는 우리가 추구하는 소위 영성의 문제를 비롯하여 모든 것에서 오직 성경과 성령님의 인도하심이 필요하다는 점을 분명히 해야 할 것입니다.
당연한 말이지만, 세계관은 책을 읽고 생각하는 것만으로 다 표현되는 것이 아닙니다. 그럼에도 책을 읽고, 특히 성경을 읽고 생각하는 것이 없이는 기독교 세계관의 실천은 불가능합니다. 부디 이 땅에서 이런 책들과 성경을 부지런히 읽고 진정한 기독교 세계관에 충실하게 생각하고 그에 근거해서 활동하는 사람과 여러 일들이 많이 일어나기를 기대합니다. 기독교 세계관의 기초가 되는 이 책과 이것의 실천편이라고 할 수 있는 『기독교 세계관으로 바라 본 21세기 한국 사회와 교회』(서울:SFC, 2013), 그리고 기독교 세계관적인 교회론이라고 할 수 있는 (이전에 『한국 교회가 나아갈 길』 ［서울: SFC, 2007］로 나왔던 책의 증보판인) 『성경적 교회를 지향하여』 (SFC, 2014, 근간), 그리고 좀더 많은 성도들과 대화하기 위해 아주 간명하게 논의한 『거짓과 분별』 (서울: 예책,2014) 등의 책과의 대화가 더 깊어지기를 원합니다.
주님의 도우심으로 한국 교회와 성도들이 진정으로 성경에 충실하게 생각을 하고, 교회를 이루며, 성경에 충실한 활동을 이 세상 한 가운데서 감당해 나가기를 바랍니다.

2. Requirements:

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
-the ordered item is out of stock.

2) We accept return(s) if:

-you receive a product different from your order; or

-you receive a defective product.

**Return Instructions

(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.

(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.

(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

3) We do not accept return(s) if:

-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

4) If there is a missing item from your order:

*Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
